A word about the faculty.

Don Sanders has served in church ministry and academic teaching for nearly thirty years. Currently he serves as the Director of the Merold Institute of Ministry in St. Charles, Missouri. He also serves as Pastor of Staff Development at Harvester Christian Church. Don has taught as an adjunct at. St. Louis Christian College and Central Christian College of the Bible in the areas of biblical languages, Old Testament, educational psychology, and leadership
He’s a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (EdD) where his doctoral research focused on the role of leadership development in church revitalizations. He also graduated from Lincoln Christian University (MA, MRE) and St. Louis Christian College (BA). He and his wife Stephanie have two adult children. When not reading or teaching, Don likes to run, mountain bike, root for the Cardinals and Blues, and listening to the Beatles and U2.
Dr. S. Michael Pabarcus
Dr. Pabarcus is the executive field director for Mission to Russia. Mission to Russia’s (MTR) purpose is to take the Gospel message of forgiveness, love and salvation to people living in the former Soviet Union. MTR has planted and supports Kostroma Christian Church and the Christian Academy within. Currently partnering with two other church plants in Belarus, Mission to Russia is committed to planting 5 new churches in Russia by the year 2020, multiplying churches through partnering with Russian leaders to accomplish the mission of winning lost souls to the Lord. Prior to joining Mission to Russia in 2017, Dr. Pabarcus served as the Professor of Old Testament and Church History at Saint Louis Christian College for 38 years. During his tenure, he taught continuing education courses in Russia, Mexico, and Nicaragua. Serving for 15 years as the Program Coordinator, for C.U.R.E.–The Consortium for Urban Religious Education, an inner-city education program providing college level courses to city Christians in the setting of an urban church, Dr. Pababrcus has a heart for the urban church and is well respected as a leader in urban ministry.
Dr. Pabarcus graduated from St. Louis Christian College in 1974 with a B.A. in Ministry, received his Master of Divinity in Old Testament from Lincoln Christian Seminary in 1979 and earned his Doctor of Ministry in Urban Missions from Westminster Theological Seminary in 1993. A lifelong learner, Dr. Pabarcus has also studied archaeology at Cincinnati Christian Seminary and church planting at Fuller Theological Seminary.

Roger Clark is a husband, father of three, and grandfather of five who lives in O’Fallon, Missouri. He is currently Adult Ministry Pastor at Harvester Christian Church. He served as Executive Minister at Sherwood Oaks Christian Church in Bloomington, Indiana for more than 25 years. He has experience in Christian Higher education, having taught at St. Louis Christian College for 18 years, and adjunct faculty at Indiana Wesleyan University and Louisville Bible College. He has an EdS (Educational Administration) and EdD (Organization and Leadership/Instructional Process) from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Dr. Clark is a lifelong learner and loves to share what he continues to discover with others. Some of his interests are Spiritual Formation, Group Process, Leadership, and Adult Learning. For several years, he played keyboard and sang backing vocals for a classic rock cover band.

Kevin Hamilton has served on staff in the local church for the past 15 years in the ministries of local and global outreach. He currently serves Harvester Christian Church in St. Charles, Missouri as their Global Outreach Pastor.
Kevin is a graduate of Lincoln Christian University (MRE) with undergraduate studies at St. Louis Christian College, Cincinnati Christian College and Lincoln Christian College (BA). Kevin also has a degree in Machine Tool Technology from Linn Technical College and worked for many years as a Journeyman Toolmaker.
He and his wife Joy have two adult children and two wonderful grandchildren. He relaxes by working in the yard, gardening and raising chickens.

Justin Wood has served on staff in the local church for the past 15 years. His passion is Spiritual Formation in the lives of adults, and this has been his primary focus during that time. Currently, he serves as a Groups Pastor at Harvester Christian Church.
Justin graduated from Lincoln Christian Seminary (M.Div. in Apologetics) in 2006, and he is currently pursuing an MA in Spiritual Formation from Lincoln as well. He and his wife, Crystal, have three young children. When not spending time with his family – his favorite pastime – Justin enjoys reading, watching movies, and listening to others share how God has shaped their stories.
